Mike Knowles joined the Board to deliver extensive leadership experience in business and defense readiness. His live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) domain expertise aligns perfectly with PLEXSYS' strategic objectives.

A retired Naval Flight Officer, Test Pilot School graduate, and Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer, Mike has spent over 30 years in the aerospace and defense markets. After his military career, Mike has held several executive positions at top defense contractors, including Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Collins, Cubic, and Curtiss Wright. In these positions, he has played a critical and successful role in delivering innovative and new products to the market that have driven enhanced warfighter capability and business growth.
