PLEXSYS EQUIPS RIVET JOINT TRAINING COMMUNITY WITH DIRECT LINK INTERFACE CAPABILITY

October 2012: PLEXSYS delivered Direct Link Interface (DLI) software licenses to L3 Communications in Greenville, TX in support of the USAF Rivet Joint (RJ) Simulation Program. L3 uses the DLI to translate between DIS Link-16 and the 1553 interface specific to the RJ system. This allows the warfighter to participate in DMO Data-Link missions, just like they would in a live tactical environment. In addition to DIS Link-16 and RJ-1553, the DLI also translates between SIMPLE, JREAP and MCE-1553.
